Hi Sesame is a microbakery based in Madison, WI that specializes in celebration cakes for life’s small and big moments. Our baker, Aisha, finds inspiration in the unexpected combination of seasonal ingredients. Hi Sesame is born out of her love of cooking and baking from cultures around the the globe. Our signature whipped cream cheese frosting is used in lieu of American buttercream to extract the richest flavors from locally sourced ingredients. Finally, all cakes are topped with seasonal florals to create natural looking landscapes for your perfect cake centerpiece. These subtle combinations are sumptuous while never excessively sweet.
